Our team is here to help ensure your implementation remains on target with your timeline, and that you have the tools and the training sessions to fit your institution’s needs. Once you’ve successfully delivered your first exam, you’ll be paired with a Customer Success Specialist who will make sure that your program is as successful as possible with your assessment goals.
With our faculty and exam taker support packages, you’ll have 24/7 365 days a year access to our Support Team (aka our in-house experts) to answer your everyday questions and assist with technical troubleshooting.
